If you’re a customer service guru and a dynamic team player with an array of valuable administrative skills, you’ll fit right in. As a Client Relations Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our customers’ experiences and supporting various internal teams to ensure positive outcomes.  Your responsibilities include managing inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, educating potential customers about our services, and being a positive first impression of Webfoot.  You’ll fill in your day with administrative tasks in support of the Marketing, Finance, Operations and HR Teams, including scheduling, office ordering and organization, and a variety of assigned projects.

We’re looking for an outgoing, fun and energetic professional who:

  • professionally manages inbound customer calls, providing a positive customer experience from the initial contact
  • efficiently schedules appointments for the sales team to ensure quick response to client requests and inquiries
  • is adept at determining the urgency level of customer needs and understands when to get others involved
  • provides support to the finance team with tasks related to accounts payable
  • enters and updates customer related data in our CRM with a high level of attention to detail
  • manages the sales team calendar to enhance overall company efficiency and success

Requirements

 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or office administration role

  • Ability to work in an open office environment with a moderate amount of conversation
  • Proven ability to organize multiple projects while handling incoming priorities
  • Calm and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience working within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform is preferred.
  • Positive approach to challenges and problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Pay and Benefits

When you join our team, you’ll receive a starting wage of $22 per hour plus bonus opportunity. This is an onsite position scheduled for 30 hours per week.
