Our Sage Springs Club and Spa is looking to hire a part-time, seasonal Spa Desk Coordinator. The Spa Desk Coordinator is responsible for greeting guests and members in a friendly and professional manner. They will book spa services and perform basic reception duties for the Sage Springs Club & Spa. The Spa Desk Coordinator will maintain the AAA Four Diamond standards.  The Spa Desk Coordinator will always conduct themselves in manner which supports the Core Values of Sunriver Resort: Trust, Open & Honest Communication, and Commitment. The Spa Desk Coordinator shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. They will be responsible for exemplifying the Sunriver Resort Culture as well as promoting Sunriver Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!


Greets and welcomes guests upon arrivalAccepts payment from guestsBooks spa appointments Distributes locker keys, spa robes, slippers, etc. Gives guests a tour of the facilities as required Maintains accurate records of locker availabilityCleans Locker Room when neededCleans Oasis Room when needed Cleans Fitness Center when neededCleans and tidies all other areas of the spa, when needed to ensure a clean environment for all guests and team membersExplains spa services to guestsAnswers questions on spa retail productsCalls guest prior to appointment to confirm date and time of serviceMaintains strong knowledge of all spa services, including benefits and uses of eachUses POS system to ring up retail merchandiseAssists Operations Coordinator in retail duties Contacts appropriate party, if necessary, when a guest problem is reportedAnswers incoming guests calls and transfers appropriatelyPours beverages for guests when orderedProvides general resort information for guestsOffers warm and sincere welcome/farewell for all guests of Sunriver Resort including use of guest name & good eye contact with each guestResolves guest problems and is empowered to act in absence of manager


High school diploma or equivalentAt least one year customer service experience requiredMust be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permitMust have excellent phone etiquette Must have their OLCC LicenseMust be able to read, write and speak EnglishMust have strong computer skills Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidaysMust have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the guests and associates
