Join our team! Sunriver Resort is looking for an experienced Maintenance Tech to perform maintenance, repairs and service activities, including refurbishments, upgrades, preventative maintenance and corrective actions. Join the Sunriver Resort team and be a part of the Pacific Northwest’s premier destination resort!  The Maintenance Tech repairs and maintains machinery, plumbing, physical structures and electrical wiring and fixtures in accordance with blueprints, manuals, building codes and company maintenance policy.   They will work to create a positive team environment, as well as achieving optimum performance. The Maintenance Tech I will assist with maintaining the AAA Four Diamond standards. We are hiring two Maintenance Techs: The schedules we be as follows:1. Maintenance Tech IWednesday / Thursday / Friday – 10:00am to 6:30pmSaturday / Sunday – 2:30pm to 11:00pm 2. Maintenance Tech IFriday / Saturday / Sunday – 7:30am to 4:00pmMonday / Tuesday – 10:00am to 6:30pm The Maintenance Tech I will always conduct themselves in manner which supports the Core Values of Sunriver Resort: Trust, Commitment, and Open and Honest Communication. Responsibilities

Maintenance, repair, and appearance of all physical propertyInvestigates failures in equipment and make required repairs.Communicate and work directly with subcontractors to make larger repairs.Performs preventative maintenance and repair tasks on equipment including furnaces, air handlers, boilers, hot water heaters, kitchen equipment, and other machinery.Completes the installation of appliances including range cooktops, microwaves, dishwashers, and kitchen disposals.Performs light plumbing repairs on fixtures pr piping including sinks, showers, tubs, hot water heaters, kitchen equipment and their associated components.Performs light electrical repairs on fixtures or wiring (120V) including lamps, fans, switches/dimmers, kitchen equipment and their associated components.Performs light repairs to woodwork, drywall, and finish work.Performs other work related duties as assigned.Comply with all Sunriver policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalentBasic carpentry, electrical and plumbing experience requiredPrior hospitality or customer service experience preferredMust be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permitMust be able to read, write and speak EnglishMust have valid Oregon Driver’s license and meet company driving standardsMust be able to work with power operated landscaping equipmentMust have excellent leadership skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
