Sunriver Resort is hiring for a part-time, year-round Busser for our main Lodge. The Lodge Kitchen is where you’ll find a fresh take on seasonal flavors from the Pacific Northwest.  The busser is responsible for clearing and reseting tables as needed. They will support service staff with table maintenance issues, Bussers help to insure guest satisfaction.  Much of our guests’ impressions are a direct result of busser performance. They will always conduct themselves in manner which supports the Core Values of Sunriver Resort: Trust, Commitment, and Open & Honest Communication. Responsibilities

Clock in and check in with the manager-on-duty.Clear and reset tables to standards.Insure silverware is not spotted or fingerprinted and china and glassware is not chipped.Work carefully to avoid breakage and loss.Keep refillable beverages full. Notify server when bringing coffee, tea or other beverages to tables so that these beverages can be charged properly.Inform server of potential issues with guests.Stock/restock appropriate linens and station with appropriate glasses, plates, and saucers.

Qualifications

Able to work flexible hours and daysCurrent food handler permit required.Knowledge of food and beverage products.Must be able to stand in place and/or walk for up to 4 hours at a time;Must be able to personally lift up to 40 lbs. on a frequent basis;
