The Sunriver Owners Association is looking for an amazing individual with superior supervisory skills, a love for working outdoors, and who takes pride in a job well done. If this describes you, then you may be the right person to become SROA’s next Public Works Lead Technician: Roads/Pathways.

The Lead Tech coordinates and plans for keeping Sunriver’s roadways and pathways in enviable condition by keeping them clean and in good repair, ensures road safety by keeping roads and paths de-iced, cindered and plowed during the winter, provides training and set a high standard for other technicians, organizes workplans and orders supplies, and helps oversee the team when needed.

Willing To Learn?

Although serious applicants must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a related field including equipment operation and maintenance, with a 2 year minimum of demonstrated leadership, SROA offers plenty of on-the-job training and covers CDL training and costs. Additional certifications and education opportunities available.

Starting Wage Range:

$27.65 -$30.00/hr depending on experience and CDL licensure. Full benefits package including employer paid medical insurance, generous paid leave, 401k with employer match and profit share, access to recreation amenities for you and your family (pools, disc golf, fitness facility, boat launch, tennis & pickleball courts).

Other Details
Must be at least 18 years old. Valid CDL or Oregon Driver’s License and the ability to attain a Commercial Driver’s License within 3 months of hire, pre-employment drug screening, and physical abilities test required. EOE.
