Southland Industries is seeking an MEP Project Manager for a high-impact, mission-critical project in Central Oregon. This full-time role works with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a fast-paced environment while supporting project quality, safety, schedule, and financial performance.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage a small project, lead a project team, or oversee a portion of a larger complex project.
• Build client relationships and provide project status updates to clients and leadership.
• Manage budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, and related project controls.
• Participate in project meetings with internal departments.
• Partner with stakeholders to keep project scope and direction on schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors and support safe, high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent applicable experience.
• Five to ten years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of applicable systems design, including HVAC and plumbing, and a general understanding of system operations.
• Experience managing small teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent project management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong financial acumen and computer skills, including CADD, ERP systems, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products.
• A collaborative, resilient attitude and a desire to learn.
