Silverado Jewelry Gallery is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Website & Design Manager to lead and execute our digital presence across Shopify, email marketing, and social channels.

This is a fully in-person role based in Bend, Oregon. Due to the hands-on nature of product photography, in-gallery collaboration, and team management, remote work is not available for this position.

This is a hands-on leadership role—you will execute day-to-day digital operations while managing a Social Media Coordinator and ensuring all digital channels are aligned, elevated, and performing.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify & E-commerce Management

• Maintain the Shopify website, including product uploads, collections, and landing pages
• Ensure a visually compelling, high-converting, and mobile-optimized site experience
• Manage integrations (Klaviyo, Lightspeed, apps) and troubleshoot issues
• Execute SEO best practices for product and collection pages
• Monitor site performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Email Marketing & Campaign Execution (Klaviyo)
• Plan, build, and deploy email campaigns and automated flows
• Segment audiences and manage list health
• Design and optimize on-brand email templates
• Track performance (open rates, click rates, revenue) and iterate accordingly
• Support promotional calendars, product launches, and seasonal campaigns

Content & Creative Execution

• Oversee and contribute to product photography (studio + lifestyle)
• Edit and prepare imagery for web, email, and marketing use
• Design digital assets (website banners, email graphics, light print materials)
• Maintain a consistent and elevated brand aesthetic across all channels

Social Media Oversight & Team Management

• Manage and provide direction to an in house Social Media Coordinator
• Review and approve social content to ensure brand alignment
• Collaborate on content calendars, campaigns, and growth initiatives
• Ensure consistency between social, email, and website messaging

Customer Experience & Operations (Light Support)

• Oversee customer communication standards and tone
• Assist with customer inquiries and order support as needed
• Support order fulfillment processes during peak periods

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role
• Strong Shopify experience (product management, collections, basic customization)
• Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
• Proven ability to both execute independently and manage workflows or team members
• Strong eye for design, photography, and brand presentation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)
• Understanding of e-commerce UX/UI and conversion best practices
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail
• Basic HTML/CSS/Liquid knowledge
• Experience managing or mentoring team members
• Familiarity with Lightspeed POS or similar systems

Work Environment

This is a fully in-person position based in Bend, Oregon.

Candidates must be available to work on-site—remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this role.

Starting Salary

$90,000 Depending on experience
