Sierra James is a Bend, OR based Design/Build and Disaster Restoration firm looking for a Project Coordinator to support the Mitigation team. This position is ideal for a super organized multitasker who has experience in the Disaster Restoration field.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, labor, and communications.
  • Track, receive, and process job invoices, labor hours, contracts, and all departmental schedules.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Work with the Project Managers to streamline schedules and resources.
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
  • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, reports, and submittals.

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
