What You’ll Do:

This inventory & purchasing coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing activities during the purchasing and inventory control process such as ordering parts, submitting warranty requests, shipping and receiving and ensuring that invoices and credits are completed and submitted to accounts payable daily.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

  • Create purchase orders and receive invoices for parts and equipment needed for job completion
  • Order parts and or tools for Technicians
  • Submit warranty requests to vendors
  • Receive incoming packages and deliveries
  • Help maintain inventory control
  • Conduct regular inventory reporting including vehicle inventory maintenance and cycle counts
  • Organize van inventory and organization
  • Assist with van set up and clean out
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is required for this position.
