What you will have an opportunity to do:
We’re seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales, Catering, Convention Services, and Marketing teams at our hotel. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and takes pride in keeping details on track in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
You’ll serve as a key point of support for incoming inquiries, client communications, reporting, and departmental coordination. Success in this role comes from strong follow-through, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with consistency, accuracy and professionalism.
This is a hands-on administrative position for someone who values structure, teamwork, and doing things right. It’s also a great opportunity to build deeper experience in hotel sales, events, and operations, with room to grow as your skills and impact expand.
