Description:

Rexius’ Bend location is seeking entry level Landscape Maintenance Crew members for full-time, year-round positions. The successful candidate will provide maintenance service on residential and/or commercial landscapes.

Daily Tasks:

• Travel with Crew Leader to location of job
• Regularly operate machinery and hand tools for mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, shearing, blowing
• Lift, push and pull objects such as equipment weighing 60 lbs or more throughout the day
• Acts as an ambassador for Rexius/Springtime to the public

Requirements:

• Attention to detail
• Strong verbal, written and customer service skills
• Awareness of the proper care, use, and maintenance of tools
• Punctual and reliable
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Qualifications for higher pay rates:

• Previous successful experience in landscape maintenance
• Horticultural knowledge, including plant identification, technical pruning, fertilization, and general principles of horticulture.
• Efficient and organized work habits.
• Have a Class C Driver’s License and delegate tasks to crew members.
