Position Summary
Primary Responsibilities (Talent Acquisition – ~80% or more depending on the recruiting cycle)
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salary positions, from requisition intake through onboarding.
- Partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies
- Source candidates using job boards, ATS platform, social media, networking tools, referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate feedback and next steps
- Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and facilitate communication between candidates and interview teams
- Assist in preparing and extending offers, including coordination of pre-employment requirements
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Represent the organization at career fairs, community events, and networking opportunities

Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, hiring outcomes, and new hire turnover
Secondary Responsibilities (HR Generalist & Administrative Support)
- Support employee onboarding, orientation, and training coordination
- Provide HR administrative support, including documentation and record maintenance
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, events, and cross-functional HR projects

Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, recruitment coordination, or HR Generalist roles
- Proven experience supporting full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment
- HR Generalist experience preferred
- Manufacturing environment experience considered a strong asset

Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms such as ADP and/or Workday preferred
- Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
