Compensation: $22.61-$29.37 (DOE)
Location: Bend, Oregon.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-5. Occasional evenings may be required for company events.

What You Get to Do:

  • Maintains donor database (Raiser’s Edge), ensuring the highest level of accuracy for constituent and gift data. Maintains standard operating procedures.
  • Work with Philanthropy Manager to build relationships and increase donations from individuals and businesses in Central Oregon.
  • Assists in coordinating the production and delivery of donor mailings, including list management, printing, and mailing.
  • Drive personalized mission-focused and donor-centered stewardship in coordination with staff, board members, and volunteers.
  • Supports all activities involving donor moves management tracking and coordination with assigned solicitors.
  • Conducts donor prospect research and prepares donor profiles.
  • Assists in daily administrative support for the Philanthropy department, including maintaining Philanthropy SharePoint pages, invoicing, expense tracking, purchasing, and other tasks.
  • Collaborate with Philanthropy and Marketing staff to develop messaging and support for programs.
  • Assists with the Finance department for gift processing, reconciliation, reporting, and annual audit.
  • Assists in monitoring department mainline phone and email, providing excellent and timely customer service aligned with donor-centered fundraising principles.
  • Provide support to expand community involvement and financial support of Partners In Care.
  • Assists with planning and administering events and meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  •  A high school diploma or higher education is preferred, but all applicants with the experience, training, and education required to succeed in the role will be considered.
  • Three or more years of professional work experience, including at least one year of nonprofit experience, is strongly preferred.
  • Computer literacy is required. Strongly proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience with complex CRM databases and high-volume data entry. Raiser’s Edge/NXT preferred.
  • Comfortable facilitating telephone conversations and face-to-face donor communications.
  • Ability to pass a background test, drug screen, and TB test.
  • For those working in the field, current automobile insurance, a valid Oregon driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
