Position Summary

OnCall, LLC is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Office & HOA Coordinator to support our daily office operations and assist with homeowner association (HOA) management. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values a flexible work schedule.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for office operations.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet clients professionally.
  • Assist with HOA communications and homeowner inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other office documents.
  • Process invoices, payments, and other routine administrative tasks.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Perform other office and HOA-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work independently.
  • Professional, friendly, and dependable with excellent customer service skills.
