Location: Redmond

Compensation: $20.65/hour (Plus $0.50/hour for Spanish Bilingual ability)

Hours: Part-time, 24 hours/week, Monday-Friday

Benefits: Agency paid Retirement plan (up to 6 %!), accrued sick time and vacation time, plus 14 paid Holidays annually

Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for maintaining organized and updated Fiscal documents by means of scanning and uploading electronic documents, paper file management, obtaining & requesting documents, ensuring proper and secure storage, and other duties as assigned in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and NeighborImpact policies. Periodic need for additional hours may be required to meet deadlines and project demands. Assists supervisor with special projects as assigned. This position is crucial for maintaining the integrity and accessibility of fiscal documents, supporting the overall efficiency and compliance of the organization.

 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

Computer literacy and experience in related accounting procedures required
Experience with word processing and spreadsheet programs (MS Word and Excel) required
·        Computerized accounting system experience of one year preferred

Non-profit fund accounting experience preferred
·        Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable and reconciliations preferred

·        Required prior to date of hire and throughout employment:

o   Access to reliable transportation

o   Satisfactory criminal background check

o   Current enrollment in the OR Child Care Division-Criminal Background Registry
