Dorm Supervisor

Mitchell School District is seeking a Dorm Supervisor.  This person will reside on campus in the resident facility and supervise approximately 15 students from around the state and countries from around the world. This position is a 9 month position with free room and board, and the employee will receive full medial, dental, and vision benefits (for 12 months). Salary range: $38,000-$43,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus.

Responsible for working with Residential teams (parents and staff) to provide students in respective dormitory with a safe, clean and structured living environment that fosters student retention, satisfaction, achievement, and success. Oversee respective dorm area and uses proper judgment and discretion to resolve student and staff issues and concerns.
