Job Summary

Medline ReNewal is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Redmond medical-device reprocessing facility. The supervisor leads the team to produce finished goods accurately and on time while maintaining inventory integrity, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product processing, scheduling, and production orders to meet customer demand.
• Drive Lean continuous improvement and sustain 5S workplace standards.
• Monitor safety, quality, delivery, inventory accuracy, and productivity measures.
• Maintain compliance paperwork, regulatory processes, and accurate component and finished-goods inventory.
• Develop, train, coach, and manage production staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of production experience and one year of people-management experience preferred.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience, SAP/Catalyst experience, and Lean tools such as 5S and Kaizen preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Anticipated salary of $73,000–$110,000 annually. The role is bonus or incentive eligible. Benefits include health coverage, retirement contributions, and paid time off, subject to eligibility.
