Lonza Pharma & Biotech has an opening for an Administrative Assistant at our Bend, OR location.

Key responsibilities:

  • Read and understand all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) pertaining to position.
  • Front desk / reception: Greet and process visitors/client representatives/regulatory agency representatives per BRPPD SOP-2-005, Inspection and Audit Policies, and SOP-7-006, Visitor Policies.
  • Phone operator
  • Monitor internal radio communications with technical staff in cGMP space.
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Act as Administrative Assistant to Management and Technical staff
  • Provide Temperature Testing Kiosk Monitoring (during COVID-19)

Key Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • College preferred
  • Prior Support-Staff / Administrative Assistant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access
