Lonza Pharma & Biotech has an opening for an Administrative Assistant at our Bend, OR location.
Key responsibilities:
- Read and understand all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) pertaining to position.
- Front desk / reception: Greet and process visitors/client representatives/regulatory agency representatives per BRPPD SOP-2-005, Inspection and Audit Policies, and SOP-7-006, Visitor Policies.
- Phone operator
- Monitor internal radio communications with technical staff in cGMP space.
- Perform other duties as required
- Act as Administrative Assistant to Management and Technical staff
- Provide Temperature Testing Kiosk Monitoring (during COVID-19)
Key Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- College preferred
- Prior Support-Staff / Administrative Assistant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access
