POSITION SUMMARY:

Supports the Manager, Regional Marketing and Field Marketing Strategist to develop and implement strategic growth marketing programs and new store openings across all regions. Coordinates across inter-departmental teams to build successful relationships, provides performance analysis for marketing programs implemented, and assists in the creation and execution of regional marketing plans designed to grow sales and market share within pre-defined groups of stores.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

35% – Coordinate and manage logistics of store and new market openings including planning and execution of outbound marketing elements, vendor management, and event management for store grand openings. Builds relationships across teams to effectively support community activations for new store openings. Monitors and analyzes post store opening sales.

35% – Manages and coordinates marketing plans for priority stores across all regions including development of creative assets, coordination of marketing collateral, toolkit development and budget management.

20% – Support the development and implementation of field marketing programs across all regions including owning store team relationships and managing budget and timelines as necessary.

10% – Additional marketing projects such as marketplace and competitive analysis, researching large employer partnerships, and other projects as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years prior marketing experience. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of retail marketing planning and analytical principles, sales analysis, and promotion performance analytics
  • Working knowledge of Google G Suite and other applications (MS Office, etc.). Thoughtspot and Tableau experience a plus
  • A strong background in supporting the development and execution of successful marketing programs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, including project planning and management
  • At least 3 years of prior marketing experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously through effective communication and partnership with internal and external teams
  • Experience in successfully managing external vendors
  • Ability to set and meet multiple deadlines
  • 25% domestic travel
