Logistics and Fulfillment Specialist

We are looking for a Logistics & Fulfillment Specialist to support the Customer & Logistics function by executing the day-to-day operational workflows that keep product moving across Amazon, D2C, wholesale, and internal channels. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Customer & Logistics, this role owns marketplace replenishments, order fulfillment coordination, sample program management, and cross-functional support for the Supply Chain team. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven candidate, and the position is ideal for someone who thrives on managing many concurrent operational tasks accurately and independently.
Key Responsibilities
I. Amazon Marketplace & Inbound Replenishment
Assist in the creation, preparation, and management of Amazon FBA inbound shipments (injections), ensuring accurate case-pack, prep, and labeling compliance for timely receipt at fulfillment centers.
Monitor FBA replenishment needs against sell-through, restock limits, and inventory targets, flagging out-of-stock and overstock risks to the Sr. Manager.
Track inbound shipment and receiving timelines; escalate delays to carriers or Amazon Seller Central and open and manage support cases as needed.
Reconcile inventory records across each brand’s Amazon Seller Central account and internal systems, researching and resolving receiving discrepancies.
II. Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination
Process and monitor D2C and wholesale orders through NetSuite, Shopify, and 3PL/warehouse workflows, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment including order processing and management for international customers.
Support routing, label, and packaging compliance for wholesale and retail orders in line with customer routing-guide requirements.
Assist with returns processing and reverse logistics coordination across channels.
Maintain accurate order fulfillment and shipment documentation and provide status updates to internal stakeholders as needed.
III. Sample Program Management
Own end-to-end sample fulfillment across sales, marketing, PR/influencer, trade show, and quality assurance requests.
Intake, prioritize, and process sample requests, coordinating pick, pack, and shipment through the appropriate warehouse or channel.
Partner with commercial and marketing teams to ensure samples are delivered accurately and on time to support campaigns and accounts.
IV. Supply Chain Support & Continuous Improvement
Execute ad hoc requests and small projects for the Supply Chain team, including data pulls, reporting, and inventory reconciliation.
Maintain data integrity across systems, including NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and 3PL platforms.
Document recurring workflows into repeatable SOPs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
Required
1-3 years of experience in fulfillment, e-commerce, or supply chain support.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, including FBA inbound shipment creation and inventory management.
Proficiency with order and inventory management systems (ERP/WMS) and strong spreadsheet skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management, with the ability to prioritize and manage many concurrent tasks accurately.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across customer service, warehousing, purchasing, and marketing/sales.
Preferred
Experience with NetSuite and Shopify.
Familiarity with 3PL/WMS platforms and carrier or freight coordination.
Experience in a CPG, or multi-channel (D2C and Wholesale) environment.
Familiarity with Amazon inventory health metrics (IPI), case management, and marketplace compliance requirements.
COMPENSATION
Starting salary of $65-75K, commensurate with experience
