We are seeking a select group of highly motivated, forward-thinking individuals to join our expert team.

Position Summary:

As a Program Coordinator at i3DMFG, you will be primarily responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing various projects and initiatives within the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication abilities to ensure program goals are met efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing quotes for customers by working with engineering during the DFM process.
  • Entering job orders and creating routings in the system for new purchase orders.
  • Planning for customer timelines and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure that timely, responsive customer follow-up is completed, as providing excellent customer service is pivotal to i3D MFG.
  • Provide both responsive and proactive customer support on a regular and ad hoc basis to aid with problem solving in close conjunction with i3D MFG operations.
  • Work collaboratively and communicate clearly with management to ensure timely delivery on agreed, realistic customer schedules.



  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.


  • Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, program coordination, project management or a similar role. Background in additive manufacturing, metal fabrication and/or manufacturing a plus.


  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with others.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.


  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to perform all assigned tasks, work independently, and complete work on schedule.
  • Ability to follow instructions: Written, verbal or electronic communications.
  • Ability to communicate with customers, teammates, and management with daily updates, questions, and issues.
  • Required: Compliant with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status (ITAR defines “U.S. Person” as a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident
