We’re looking for a dedicated Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist to join our team and ensure that all shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory processes run smoothly. We are actively seeking a Fulfillment Specialist for the following opening(s):

• Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm

As a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist, you will manage outbound shipments, receive products, organize inventory, and support product transfers. In this role, you will work closely with the Fulfillment Lead, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve Humm’s strategic goals. Responsibilities include processing online orders, packaging items for shipment (including preparing products for Amazon), and maintaining accuracy as the final touchpoint before products reach customers. This position requires a detail-oriented team player who can work independently when needed, is proactive in resolving challenges, and is committed to safety and quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Shipping & Receiving: Verify the accuracy, quantity, and quality of all incoming deliveries; pick, pack, palletize, and ship orders per department processes and customer requirements.
• Inventory Management: Maintain organized and accurate inventory records; proactively communicate inventory concerns or product shortages to leadership.
• Warehouse Operations: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and box trucks to transfer products and materials between locations; load trucks following best practices and safety protocols.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with team members to ensure all critical tasks are completed; collaborate with the Fulfillment Lead and department teams to ensure orders are accurate, on time, and complete.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow Food Safety Management System, GMPs, and safety protocols; maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Customer Interaction: Build and maintain positive relationships with external partners, including suppliers, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and drivers.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a warehouse setting, especially in shipping/receiving and order fulfillment
• Forklift operation experience is required; clean driving record and ability to drive box trucks
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Comfortable with physical work, including indoor, outdoor, and refrigerated environments
• Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and perform basic math

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Full-time, day shift (Monday – Friday) from 9am-6pm PST
• Typical shift length is 8 hours, with potential for evening, weekend hours, or overtime as needed
• Physical environment includes warehouse and outdoor work in all weather conditions, as well as use of heavy equipment
