High Sierra Pilots is a growing, community-focused flying club with an established location in Carson City, Nevada. We’re expanding to Bend, Oregon and are looking for the right person to help launch and operate our newest location.

This is a unique opportunity to be the first on-site employee at a new flying club location — ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and working in an aviation environment.

The Role
This position combines front desk, member support, and light line service duties. You will be the primary point of contact for members and guests and will help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Aviation experience is not required — we will train the right person — but reliability, organization, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Key Responsibilities
·         Greet members and guests and provide excellent customer service

·         Answer phones, emails, and assist with scheduling and basic administrative tasks

·         Support daily club operations and maintain a welcoming facility

·         Perform basic line service tasks including aircraft movement and cleaning

·         Monitor the facility and report maintenance or safety issues

·         Represent the club professionally and help create a positive member experience

What We’re Looking For
·         Strong customer service and communication skills

·         Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

·         Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities

·         Willingness to learn aviation-related procedures

·         Interest in aviation is a plus, but not required

·         Valid driver’s license required
