How You Will Contribute:

As a Hayden Homes Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work closely with hiring managers across the organization, shaping and enhancing our talent acquisition strategy. In this role you will develop and manage recruitment strategies to increase our talent pipeline and fill open positions with qualified candidates who align with our culture and values.

Responsibilities Include:

Full-Cycle Recruiting: Operates as a full-cycle recruiter including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, providing proactive communication with candidates and hiring managers, completing reference checks, and extending offers of employment.

Employer Brand Management: Actively works to improve and expand our employer brand to continually attract potential talent through hosting events, attending career fairs, and making strategic industry connections in each of our geographical regions.

Talent Acquisition Strategy: Stays updated with talent acquisition trends and implements improvements to enhance the candidate experience.

You have a keen sense of business acumen, understanding the company’s strategy and goals to align talent management initiatives effectively. You communicate with clarity and professionalism, ensuring compliance and confidentiality in all aspects of your work. Continuous learning drives you to stay updated with the latest talent acquisition trends and best practices, enabling you to make strategic talent management decisions with accountability and precision.

What You Can Offer:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Knowledge and local and federal recruitment regulations.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Working knowledge of ADP also preferred.

Abilities:

  • Ability to negotiate compensation packages with candidates based on research of market data.
  • Ability to utilize and navigate a variety of social networking platforms for recruiting purposes.
  • Ability to interreact with people from diverse backgrounds and skill sets, and demonstrate a genuine interest in others.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ previous full-cycle recruiting experience with a variety of disciplines and levels of leadership.
