What You’ll Do:

• Create and prepare Goody’s famous handcrafted treats—your work will delight thousands of customers! From our family to theirs!
• Keep our kitchen running smoothly by staying organized, clean, and efficient.
• Follow recipes and instructions to ensure every treat meets our high-quality standards.
• Work with the team to meet daily production goals and celebrate success together!
• Learn and grow in your role, with added responsibilities as you gain experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Oregon Food Handler Permit (or willingness to get one).
• Previous kitchen experience is a bonus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
• Full time with ability to be on your feet for your shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Perks and Pay:

• Starting pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience.
• 30-day performance review with potential pay increase.
