Our main office is located in downtown Bend, Oregon, with a satellite clinic in Seattle, Washington. Key Responsibilities

Order Management

• Track orders daily and maintain an accurate order tracking spreadsheet.
• Help Order Manager with daily order tasks as needed.
• Monitor our main email account

Shipping and Receiving

• Pack orders carefully, ensuring medications are matched with a double-check process for accuracy.
• Oversee shipping logistics and monitor inventory levels.

Supply Pickups

• Collect supplies as needed from local vendors (e.g., Office Depot, Bend Rubberstamp).

Office Tasks

• Answer phone, schedule patient appointments.
• Water plants, clean office, and ensure the office environment is well-maintained and welcoming.
