Ferguson is hiring an Installation Associate – Waterworks in Redmond. The schedule is generally Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m., with overtime as needed. The role performs installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Use standard power tools and equipment for installation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Install and service pumps, controls, lines, valves, motors, and related equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment; assist with construction projects.
• Maintain accurate work records and document daily work in software applications.
• Follow safety and quality procedures; driving duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
• Construction or installation experience preferred; HDPE fusion welding is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn plumbing, electrical, and construction skills.
• Customer service, communication, recordkeeping, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and 90 pounds occasionally. Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Compensation and Benefits
