Job Summary

EP Climbing is seeking a detail-oriented Project & Purchasing Coordinator to support administrative, purchasing, and order-processing activities for climbing wall projects, service contracts, and retail orders. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process proposals, agreements, wall manuals, and inspection reports
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, submittals, change orders, and closeouts
• Coordinate material and equipment purchasing using ERP systems
• Track and analyze project data and purchasing activity
• Support field operations by coordinating site communications, tracking labor hours, and processing expense reports
• Partner with Accounts Receivable to assist with invoicing and billing
• Maintain vendor records and ensure insurance and compliance requirements are met

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in office administration, project coordination, or project management
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Climbing experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word required)
• Experience with ERP or accounting software preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with basic math including ratios, rates, and percentages
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Occasional work in active site environments (including climbing, kneeling, or balancing)
• Primarily office-based role
• Hybrid work option may be available after 90 days
