OVERVIEW:

Eberhard’s Dairy is a family-owned business operating in Central Oregon for 75 years. We are seeking a motivated CDL Yard Hostler to join our team. This position is responsible for efficiently moving trucks within the yard and assisting the warehouse team with loading trucks and building pallets.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Class A CDL with manual endorsement
• Clean driving record
• Commercial driving experience preferred

JOB DUTIES:

1. Move trucks from parking areas to loading docks
2. Perform pre-trip and walk-around inspections, including safety, temperature, and tire checks
3. Assist warehouse team with track and loading functions when not moving trucks
4. Check fuel level on TK units

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:

• Be a team player
• Be available to work Monday through Friday, starting at 1:00 p.m.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening; we are a drug free workplace.

EMPLOYMENT PACKAGE / SALARY:

This is a full-time position. Eberhard’s Dairy operates on holidays but is closed on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Thanksgiving Day.
