Position Overview
In this role, you’ll take ownership of our communication channels, engage our audience, and drive our digital marketing efforts. You’ll be at the heart of our brand, ensuring Compass is represented professionally and effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Website Management: Keep our website fresh and engaging, updating listings, company news, and other client-focused content.
- SEO & Google My Business: Boost our online presence by managing SEO and keeping Compass Commercial visible in top search results.
- Google Analytics: Track website performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize user engagement.
- Property Marketing: Create marketing materials for listings including flyers, brochures, online listings, and email broadcasts.
- Social Media Strategy: Lead our social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, with a focus on engagement and brand consistency.
- Content Creation: Craft press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and more. Be our PR point person, bringing our voice to life.
- Email Marketing: Use our marketing CRM to distribute newsletters, press releases, and listing broadcasts.
- Event Coordination: Be a part of the culture by organizing company events ranging from the annual company holiday party to casual happy hours.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred (4+ years in communications, digital marketing, or a similar role may be considered in place of a formal degree).
- Experience: 2+ years (required) of hands-on experience with social media platforms. Knowledge of WordPress or other back-end website management, email marketing and marketing CRM management is ideal.
- Skills: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, plus the ability to adapt to new technology and embrace AI.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is a plus.

Salary
