Central Oregon Gymnastics Academy COGA is seeking a Ninja & Boy’s Program Director to oversee and develop our established Boy’s Program and exciting new Ninja Program.

About the Role:
The Ninja & Boy’s Program Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Boy’s Program and our growing Ninja Program. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both programs while being part of a close-knit leadership team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, oversee, and manage COGA’s Boy’s Program and Ninja Program.
- Provide leadership and support to coaches, ensuring alignment with COGA’s positive-first coaching philosophy.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to grow and enhance program offerings.
- Ensure a safe, engaging, and fun environment for athletes.
- Coach classes during scheduled program times and mentor staff as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Background/experience in Ninja, tricking and/or parkour. (As an athlete or coach)
- Experience managing and overseeing others.
- Experience working with kids in a coaching or mentoring capacity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and works well in a collaborative environment.

- Motivated to help grow COGA’s programs while fostering a fun and engaging atmosphere.
Schedule and Compensation:
- Current Schedule: Mondays (3 PM–6:45 PM), Thursdays (1 PM–7 PM), and Saturdays (1 PM–4:45 PM). Room for growth as our programs expand, with your help!
- (Opportunities for additional hours in auxiliary programs available immediately, if desired.)
- Pay: $27–$30/hour, depending on experience.
