Scope of Duties

At Caring for Family of Companies we look for people with a nurturing spirit and a genuine desire to support and care for others. In this role, you can expect some or all of the following duties:

EXECUTIVE PROJECT SUPPORT

  •    Pleasantly answer phone and greet guests
  •    Ensure Executive Team is always prepared for upcoming meetings, trainings
  •    Schedule, highlight, remind, and prep team w/ agendas or collateral info/research
  •    Catalogue & bank all incoming data on appropriate project boards and server
  •    Organize, schedule, and plan events – ex: catering, conferences
  •    Book travel for out of town staff, including retreats, conferences, summits
  •    Research and generate reports / comparisons for vendors

HEADQUARTERS + VENDOR + FACILITY MANAGEMENT

  •   Maintain a welcoming and tidy facility entrances, kitchens, and common areas
  •   Coordinate with vendors to maintain exterior/interior – inc property design
  •   Oversee corporate ordering and shipping – inc. inventorying of office supplies
  •   Oversee Key Handling, Labeling, and Inventorying – and security of premises
  •   Oversee property needs – inc. facilitation of needs at offsite properties as needed
  •   Sort, catalogue, and distribute all incoming papers/mail to the appropriate parties

  •      Proficiency with technology and electronic devices
