Campfire Hotel is looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep one of Bend’s most unique boutique hotels running at its best. If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and taking pride in maintaining a property that guests love, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a full-time, year-round position offering a consistent schedule, paid time off, employee discounts, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the hotel
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues
• Complete light carpentry, painting, drywall, and construction projects
• Maintain the pool and hot tub, including daily water testing and chemical balancing
• Keep exterior grounds, walkways, and common areas clean and well maintained
• Respond to guest maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with seasonal projects and property improvements
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, facilities, construction, or hotel maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Weekend and holiday availability required
