We’re a dynamic, growing Bobcat tractor and equipment dealership serving Central Oregon’s construction, landscaping, and agriculture professionals. As Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll provide high-level administrative support to our leadership team and departments, helping drive the success of a customer-focused business in a thriving industry.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes across the departments.
- Provide executive-level support to managers and the leadership team.
- Manage vendor relationships and office supplies.
- Handle accounts receivable/payable, invoicing and basic financial coordination.
- Support HR functions including onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Act as a professional point of contact for customers, vendors and team members.
