Blake & Sons Landscape Maintenance is seeking a dependable and motivated Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. We maintain high-quality residential and commercial properties throughout Central Oregon and take pride in clean, professional results.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, edging, and trimming
• Pruning shrubs and small trees
• Weed control and bed maintenance
• Irrigation system checks and minor repairs
• Seasonal cleanups (spring/fall)
• Leaf removal and debris management
• Maintaining clean and organized job sites
• Safely operating mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment

✅ Qualifications

• Landscape maintenance experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to follow direction and work efficiently with a crew
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
