Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. Is responsible for facilitating and performing elevated job functions including; Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Management. This role involves meeting department-specific goals while concurrently optimizing processes interdepartmentally to ensure the company’s operations are aligned with its growth strategies. The ideal candidate demonstrates a keen attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, and is proactive in achieving results, all while exhibiting personal drive and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.

Duties

  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and interpret detailed reports on Warehouse efficiency, production metrics, and inventory levels to support strategic decision-making.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Adhere to SOPs to complete daily job functions related to Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Management.
  • Order Fulfillment: Supervise the end-to-end processes of Picking, Packing, and Shipping to ensure timely and precise order fulfillment.
  • Shipping Coordination: Oversee all aspects of Shipping logistics, including carrier booking, rate selection, and tracking of shipments.
  • Transaction Processing: Manage inventory transactions—including receipts, adjustments, transfers, and returns—ensuring accuracy and consistency across records.
  • Inventory Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations between physical stock and NetSuite records to identify and rectify discrepancies.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve and uphold company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by consistently meeting operational goals.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze operational data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure data accuracy and enhance efficiency.
  • Cost Management: Identify favorable shipping rates with carriers and explore cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high service standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure all shipments meet regulatory requirements and are accompanied by the necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate: Work with Dealer Services and Supply Chain departments to address operational issues affecting order fulfillment, and clearly identify, define, and communicate opportunities for improvement to the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience working in Shipping, Receiving, and/or Inventory Management related responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • An understanding of various Shipping platforms such as FedEx Ship Manager, UPS Worldship, and/or a TMS (Transportation Management System).
  • Familiarity with operating within a company-wide ERP (NetSuite) and/or WMS.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while consistently demonstrating the importance of flexibility to meet the company’s strategic goals.
