What does a Bigfoot driver do?
We’re excited that you’re interested in our Delivery Driver role. In many ways, this is the ultimate CDL job; the one they tell you you’ll never find early in your career and you’re lucky to get when you have put in the time. Our local routes have you home every night, and our total compensation is some of the best in the industry! We’re looking for all levels of talent, from newly licensed CDL drivers to seasoned vets with hundreds of thousands of miles on the road. You’ll have a set route to follow, and the goals are simple: deliver and merchandise some of the best-known brands of soft drinks, energy drinks, water, juices, coffee, and craft beers in the world.If you have a passion for driving and delivering excellence, this is the perfect role for you.

What “doing it right” looks like for our drivers:
- Merchandise all company products following company standards with attention to rotation, brand flow, schematics, and keeps shelves clean and well-maintained.
- Safely transport products from the warehouse to store shelves, using the right equipment to move product efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with customers by being proactive, respectful, and attentive. Be ready to assist with customer needs, handling details accurately and professionally.
- Set up product displays based on company and store guidelines, keeping shelves stocked and products rotated to ensure freshness.
- Keep Point of Sale materials updated at each location and work closely with the Sales Representative to share updates on inventory, shelf opportunities, and account needs.
- Stay in touch with your manager and Sales Representative about inventory levels, shelf space opportunities, and any important updates for your accounts.
What are we looking for in a driver?
What we need from you:
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Valid Class A CDL Required.
It’d be great if you had some:
- Experience with merchandising, warehouse, or customer service.
- Experience driving a commercial vehicle.
What’s my shift:
This is a full-time position. The schedule has varying shift times and days based on the needs of the business and route. 40 plus hours weekly, with overtime as necessary. Shifts will not be completed until all required work and route stops are done.
As a driver, you’ll also need to:
Employees must meet company standards for driving a company vehicle, pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and background check. Employees must be able to pass a DOT physical and DOT Certification of Road Test.
