Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in executing various campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent organizational skills, and a knack for managing multiple projects. Proficiency in social media management is essential, as this role involves creating, scheduling, and analyzing social media content to foster engagement and extend our brand’s reach. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various facets of marketing in a collaborative, supportive environment. Some travel will be expected, 20% or less. This position is on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop, edit, and support the production of engaging content across multiple channels, including social media, blog posts, and newsletters. Work closely with designers to ensure consistent brand voice.
- Social Media Management: Create content calendar, schedule, post, and monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and support social media strategy. Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to create and maintain a content calendar.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate on multi-channel marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to monitoring. This includes managing tasks related to email, social media, digital content, and advertising campaigns.
- Event Coordination: Support in the planning and execution of trade shows and events, managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and preparing necessary materials.
- Project Management: Oversee timelines and deadlines, coordinating with team members and external partners to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
- Inventory & Merchandise Management: Create POs, receive and track materials, and maintain inventory for marketing collateral, swag, and promotional items.
- Email Marketing: Assist in creating, scheduling, and monitoring email campaigns.
- Budget Tracking: Support budget adherence by tracking expenses and managing invoices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing or related field preferred. Internships or relevant project experience will also be considered.
- Skills:
- Proficiency with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter)
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic graphic design skills are a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
