This role will also be eligible to earn a performance based monthly bonus after 6 months of employment.
As the Warehouse & Delivery Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations including inventory management, scheduling deliveries, and maintaining a tidy and organized workspace. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive world class service, from their initial interaction to the seamless delivery of their prized rugs.
Beyond warehouse management, this role offers a clear pathway for growth. You’ll have the opportunity to transition into customer-facing roles and lead our expanding delivery and fulfillment programs. Collaborating closely with our sales team, you’ll enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth of our service offerings.
We’re looking for a proactive individual with a passion for customer satisfaction, a commitment to operational excellence, and someone who likes to have some fun along the way. The ability to handle a physically demanding position is essential, including the capability to comfortably lift up to 70 pounds. This position also requires a moderate amount of driving, therefore applicants must hold a valid driver’s license. While previous experience in warehouse or logistics is beneficial it is not required – it’s your dedication, strong work ethic, and leadership potential that matter most.
