Job Summary

Aperion Management Group is hiring a part-time Compliance Coordinator in Bend. This field-based role visits HOA communities throughout Central Oregon to document property and common-area compliance concerns. Aperion provides a company vehicle and training.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a weekly route through communities in Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Madras, La Pine, and surrounding areas.
• Inspect properties and common areas for rule violations, maintenance issues, and safety concerns; some visits involve walking.
• Use a mobile app to record observations, photos, and notes for the office team.
• Follow up on special concerns and report urgent issues to Community Managers.
• Help maintain the company vehicle and support office correspondence and reports as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; at least 18 years old.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license and good driving record.
• Comfort driving for extended periods and walking outdoors in varied weather.
• Strong organization, communication, and conflict management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
