Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Hiring Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Bend, Oregon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in the day-to-day operations of our organization. This position is a team based role and pay will be determined by level of experience, paid biweekly.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly wage TBD based on experience paid every two weeks

  • Create and manage hiring postings
  • File and organize important documents
  • Manage various onboarding duties
  • Schedule and conduct interviews
  • Conduct orientations for new staff
  • Speaking with various community partners and new client inquiries
  • Other administrative duties as assigned


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience with Recruiting/hiring
  • Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
