About the Role

Helen of Troy is seeking an Account Coordinator to support Amazon sales and eCommerce programs for Hydro Flask. The role helps execute sales strategy, coordinates customer needs and identifies opportunities to increase sales and profitability.

This position may be based in Bend, Oregon, or New York City. The Bend role follows a hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday and remote work generally available Monday and Friday, subject to business needs.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate online sales, merchandising and promotional strategies and analyze results.
• Support joint business planning and regularly review account performance with managers.
• Identify opportunities for sales growth and improved profitability.
• Maintain strong service and working relationships with assigned eCommerce accounts.
• Help ensure accurate, high-quality product-detail pages for Helen of Troy brands.
• Audit retail-partner sites for product-information accuracy, content placement and opportunities.
• Support Amazon Advertising in coordination with sales, marketing and agency partners.
• Represent Amazon customer needs and challenges to internal cross-functional teams.
• Work with sales leads and other teams to resolve tactical issues.

Skills for Success

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong written, verbal and listening skills.
• Demonstrated sales-support experience.
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders on sales strategy and execution.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field.
• At least two years of related eCommerce experience with a retailer, agency or brand.
• Authorization to work full-time in the United States.
