About the Role

As a Setter, your job is simple: get out into the neighborhood, start real conversations, and set up qualified appointments for our closing team. No experience required — just a strong work ethic and the willingness to knock.

What You’ll Do

• Knock on doors and engage homeowners in your assigned territory
• Educate homeowners on solar and identify genuine interest
• Set qualified appointments for our closing team
• Track your daily activity and hit weekly knock goals
• Attend team trainings and Opportunity Nights to keep leveling up

What We’re Looking For

• Self-motivated and resilient — you don’t let a “no” slow you down
• Strong communicator, comfortable talking to strangers
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work outdoors, on your feet, most of the day
• Coachable — willing to learn and apply feedback fast
• No prior sales experience needed; we’ll train you

Compensation

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. Average first-year income is $108,000, based on consistent daily activity. Top performers earn significantly more.
