This full-time position that integrates adult education instruction, academic advising, and student success services for Spanish-speaking adult learners in Adult Basic Skills (ABS) and the High School Equivalency Program (HEP). The position balances classroom instruction with individualized student support to improve persistence and GED completion by guiding students from enrollment through GED completion and successful transition into college, workforce training, or employment.
