The ideal retail manager for Runway Fashion Exchange thrives on building a team who works as unified group & family and managing the inventory of the store. This leader can create an environment in our clothing store that makes magic happen for our customers and team members. Our ideal manager wants to help us grow the store to become a profitable success for our team and local community. We are looking for a general store manger who loves helping people find items they love! Our clothing store focuses on trendy teen, name brand clothes so having an understanding of current, trendy styles for teens and young adults is crucial to the success of this position Retail manager schedule/availability: Full-time hours (40 hrs/week), Store hours are Monday-Saturday 9:30am-8:30pm, Sunday 10:30am-6:30pm with phone availability during store hours.
