We are a growing flooring company looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our team. We specialize primarily in carpet installation of residential homes around Central Oregon. We focus on delivering high-quality work for our clients with attention to every detail of the flooring process.

Position Overview:

This is a hands on position focused on installing carpet in residential and commercial settings. No experience is required- we provide on the job training for the right candidate that is looking for long term employment and interest in becoming highly qualified in the flooring trade. If you are dependable, willing to learn, and enjoy working with a team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Install carpet and assist with moving furniture inside customers’ homes
• Remove old flooring and prepare subfloor for new carpet
• Clean up debris from flooring demolition
• Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and professionally

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (must be able to get to jobsites daily)
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs. and perform physically demanding work daily
• Attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Punctual, dependable and reliable
