Superior Sanitation is one of Central Oregon’s fastest-growing site service companies, providing portable toilets, septic pumping, grease pumping, hydro-jetting, and temporary fencing to contractors, events, restaurants, and homeowners throughout the region.

We’re looking for a high-energy, organized team member who enjoys helping customers, building relationships and growing accounts. This role combines inside customer service, dispatch support, and outside sales development. Preferred candidate would possess an extroverted personality that is goal oriented, and can navigate rejection.

What You’ll Do

Customer Service, Office Operations

• Answer incoming calls and emails from contractors, builders, and homeowners
• Schedule portable toilet service, septic pumping, grease pumping, and jetting work (we use Service Corp software and training will be provided!)
• Coordinate routes with our drivers and service technicians
• Provide quotes and help customers select the right services
• Manage customer accounts and service requests in our scheduling system

Sales & Business Development

• Follow up on incoming leads and quote requests
• Build relationships with local contractors, builders, and event organizers
• Visit job sites and businesses to introduce our services and sell our services
• Help grow accounts for portable toilets, fencing, and septic services
• Identify opportunities for additional services with existing customers

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Self-motivated with a sales mindset
• Comfortable speaking with contractors and business owners
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, scheduling software)
• Valid driver’s license
