Position Purpose:
The Regional Rebate Coordinator for SRS Building Products is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the accuracy of the IV/FOI master spreadsheet for the Region, ensuring seamless communication and support for leadership, regional stakeholders, and the field regarding program inquiries and setup. This role requires meticulous management of a large volume of emails to secure missing program details, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely updates to the master worksheet with information related to new, extended, or replaced programs. Additionally, the coordinator facilitates the accurate submission and monitoring of rebate programs through diligent collaboration with regional managers and the IV team, ensuring precise data management and effective training resources to optimize rebate processes and support strategic pricing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and efficient email management, promptly addressing queries from Leadership or field staff regarding IV and FOI programs to maintain seamless communication and operational continuity.
- Maintain the accuracy of the comprehensive IV/FOI master spreadsheet for the West Region by updating it in real-time with precise data on program setups, contractor listings, and pricing changes.
- Collaborate with the pricing/margin and FP&A teams to investigate and resolve low-margin issues associated with IV or FOI, ensuring sustained profitability.
- Manage and execute the setup of new and extended/replacement IV/FOI programs, meticulously scrubbing for errors and ensuring the inclusion of mandatory elements, such as required signatures and Cool shingles, to uphold program integrity.
- Facilitate effective communication with BM’s, RM’s, and RSM’s regarding program status, accruing detailed follow-ups and managing submissions through the IV portal for enhanced program transparency.
- Conduct comprehensive checks for accuracy on the Field IV list, juxtaposing it with the master spreadsheet to rectify setup errors and ensure consistent, reliable data for strategic planning.
- Lead weekly coordination calls with the IV team, leveraging the West shared spreadsheet to review and resolve outstanding issues, ensuring all program data is current and actionable.
- Scrutinize vendor-provided spreadsheets monthly for program accuracy, integrating unlisted programs by liaising with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a complete and precise inventory of active programs.
Direct Manager Direct Reports:
In the role of Regional Rebate Coordinator at SRS Building Products, the incumbent will report directly to the Regional Rebate Manager. This position does not have any direct reports. The Coordinator will work closely with various internal teams, including the FP&A team, the Pricing/Margin team, Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Branch Managers (BM), and the National Team, to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of incentive programs across the West Region. The role requires active collaboration with vendor representatives and the Internal Verification (IV) team to facilitate effective program management and communication.
Travel Requirements:
The Regional Rebate Coordinator at SRS Building Products is not required to travel as part of their duties, as all responsibilities and tasks, including responding to inquiries, managing spreadsheets, conducting calls, and coordinating programs, can be effectively executed via electronic communication and virtual collaboration tools.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in rebate coordination, pricing management, or a related field within the building products or construction industry.
Technical Proficiencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems, specifically related to rebate and pricing management.
- Familiarity with the Agility (SO Viewer) software for sales reporting and analysis.
