We are seeking a professional and reliable Unarmed Security Officer for a full-time night shift position. This role focuses on high-visibility patrols across multiple properties in Bend and Redmond. For maximum safety and operational efficiency, our officers always work in two-person teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobile & Foot Patrols: Conduct vehicle patrols between Bend and Redmond sites; perform thorough foot patrols of building perimeters, common areas, and parking lots (expect to walk 5–8 miles per shift).
• Access Control: Physically verify all doors and entry points are secure; investigate any signs of unauthorized entry.
• Surveillance: Monitor CCTV and camera systems to identify suspicious behavior or safety hazards.
• Detailed Reporting: Maintain accurate daily activity logs and write professional incident reports.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with your partner security officer to respond to alarms or disturbances safely.

Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO): 40 hours earned in the first year; 80 hours earned starting in the second year.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military (Preferred).
• Licensing: Current Oregon DPSST Unarmed Security Certificate required.
• Driving: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required for patrol vehicle operation).
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand/walk for 12-hour shifts and navigate uneven terrain in Central Oregon weather conditions.
• Professionalism: Must maintain a “fit for duty” appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
• Background: Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
