Norms is hiring a part-time (1099) coordinator to run high-volume clinic and pharmacy outreach, coordinate hemorrhoid relief sample requests and follow-ups, and log structured feedback to help scale the program.

What this person does day to day

• Prospects and contacts GI, primary care, OB/GYN, pediatrics, and independent pharmacies
• Verifies contacts and keeps Notion tracking up to date (same-day logging)
• Coordinates sample kit requests, shipping details, and delivery confirmation
• Runs 2-week follow-ups and schedules feedback conversations
• Collects testimonials, objections, and case examples
• Improves scripts, templates, and simple workflow systems
• Supports compliant incentive program research and setup

Ideal Candidate

• US-based, available to reach clinics during weekday business hours, and willing to do occasional in-person visits.
• Experienced in medical or pharmacy outreach (or other high-volume relationship-based outreach) and comfortable with lots of calls, emails, and follow-up.
• Strong communicator who can build rapport with gatekeepers and speak professionally with clinicians and pharmacy teams.
• Highly organized and reliable about same-day logging, and able to learn and follow basic compliance and process guardrails.
• Proactive about improving simple systems like templates, scripts, and tracking as they learn what works.
